This bay house offers a stunning waterfront view with direct access to Naussa Bay. Closes to eating areas, parks and lots of activities.
This 3,842 sf house has 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, 2 half baths, and one outdoor shower. The first floor has a wet-bar, double ovens, wet rack, and built-in wine rack. The first floor also serves as a gathering space.
Original, this house was the clubhouse of the area. therefore, it’s located on one of the best water location of Naussau Bay. With a unique design for entertainment, half of first floor has floor to ceiling glass windows to provide 180 degree water view that you can rarely find.
Back of house is one of the most popular Naussau Bay boats gathering, especially on Holidays, sunny weekend and summer. Naussau Bay City celebrates 4th of July with fireworks right on back of property. Christmas light boats parade starting point is also right behind house going to Kemah Boardwalk. Water, boats and fireworks. What’s an amazing view!

Summary: This property is even cooler than it looks in the pictures! From the floor to ceiling windows to the waterfront view... this was truly one of our favorite places we've ever stayed.

Summary: All was clean and made ready for our arrival. Host graciously accommodated our special guest request. Home is located close to the Houston Space Center and we enjoyed fishing right out the back door of our VRBO home away from home…perfect for our family Christmas gathering!

Summary: We had an amazing time at this house. Owner has great communication with you . House was very clean and bathrooms each had special touch: toothbrushes, bath sponges, lots of towels, body shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. The house sleeps 10 but could sleep more if needed. Great family gathering as we spent the weekend with our kids and grandkids to celebrate my husbands birthday with just us! We also had a boat with us and we were right there to ride. Excellent stay and look forward to going again!
